In the event of a post sale dispute, Auto 2018 Car Sales holds the right to charge for the incurred mileage @ £0.35 per mile + £200 Admin Fee. Delivery charges are non-refundable. Warranty is back to base. If we do not have information about a timing belt change, it is buyer responsibility to get the timing belt changed as soon as possible as it is part of car maintenance. In the event of a post sale dispute the customer must return the car to Auto 2018 Car Sales, Unit 16, Castle Industrial Estate, Bolsover, Chesterfield, S44 6BN, for inspection and potential repair or refund.

I certify that before I sign this order form my attention has been drawn to the age of the vehicle and I have carried out the examination and satisfied myself as to its quality. My attention has been drawn to the following items: tyres, glass, bodywork and paint work, interior upholstery, wear & tear, electrics and DPF (where fitted) are not covered under the warranty. I, the buyer of the vehicle, have test driven and examined the motor vehicle and I am satisfied with its condition and I confirm it has no faults at the time of purchase.
