If you get in touch by phone or in person, we hold whatever you tell us — usually your name and contact details — for as long as it takes to help with your enquiry.
If you buy a car from us, we keep a sales record containing your name, address, phone number, email, and details of the vehicle and price. We keep this because we're legally required to hold sales records for tax and consumer-rights purposes, and so we can help you if a warranty issue comes up later. We don't sell or share this information with anyone for marketing purposes.
We don't run any advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or marketing pixels on this site.
This site itself doesn't set tracking cookies. The one thing that can set a cookie is the Google Maps embed showing our location — and we don't load that unless you say yes. If you decline, you can still get directions through a plain link that opens Google Maps separately, without anything being embedded on our page.
You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this page, which will show the cookie prompt again.
We don't use any other third-party services on this site.
Sales and invoice records are kept for as long as we're required to for tax and legal purposes. General enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, then deleted.
Under UK data protection law you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do any of these, just call us on 01246 828900 or visit us in person, and we'll sort it out. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
